Refund Policy
1. Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the voucher has not been redeemed. Once a voucher has been scanned and redeemed at a merchant location, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
2. No Refunds on Redeemed Vouchers
If you have already redeemed your voucher (used it at the merchant), a refund cannot be issued. Any disputes about the quality of goods or services received should be directed to the merchant.
3. Business Closures
If a business closes, ceases operations, or stops honoring Deal Punch vouchers, you are entitled to a full refund or platform credit for any unredeemed voucher associated with that business. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers promptly.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@dealpunch.app with the following information:
- Your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email).
- The email address associated with your Deal Punch account.
- A brief reason for the refund request.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear on your statement.
6. Expired Vouchers
Vouchers expire 90 days from the date of purchase. Expired vouchers are not eligible for a refund. However, Deal Punch may issue a platform credit at its discretion on a case-by-case basis. If you believe there are extenuating circumstances, reach out to us at support@dealpunch.app and we will review your request.
